Why we collect it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, deliver surveying services, and keep records of our work and communications with you. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Who we share it with

Enquiry form submissions are processed by Formspree (formspree.io), a third-party form service, which delivers them to us by email. Formspree is based in the United States, so your form details may be stored or processed outside Australia. We may also share information with contractors or clients where needed to carry out a survey you have requested, or where the law requires it. We do not otherwise disclose your information to third parties.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising cookies or tracking tools of its own. Our hosting provider and Formspree may collect basic technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, for security and operation of their services. Links to social media sites (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) take you to those sites, which have their own privacy policies.

How we store and protect it

Your information is kept in our email and business records, which are protected by passwords and access controls. We keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires, and then delete or de-identify it. No method of online transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Accessing or correcting your information

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
